A retailer was looking to use personalization to reduce bounce rate on their homepage. There was room to experiment with a small space above the hero image that would minimally impact the look of the homepage.


Using segmented personalization, the retailer placed different offers above the homepage hero. The retailer was able to use the out-of-the-box data provided by the Monetate tag to decide which offer to give to visitors.
