  • Added support for using dynamic filters in content recommendations.
  • Fixed an issue where the product recommendations global settings page failed to load.
  • Fixed an issue where the Engine API returned a 500 error when processing requests containing page events with duplicate key values. The API now returns a 400 error with a clear message when duplicates are detected, and the dashboard displays an alert in the UI.
  • Fixed an issue where the View Analytics button links to the incorrect account on the multiaccount experience list page, giving a 500 page error.

  • Fixed an issue where Automated Personalization Experiences using Managed Impressions were incorrectly allocating visitors due to inconsistent behavior between baseline and non-baseline variants.
  • Fixed an issue where the Flight Search target did not accept 0 as a valid value for traveler counts. You can now set any traveler type (adult, child, or senior) to 0 and still target validly. Contact your CSM if you'd like to enable this updated targeting behavior.
  • Expanded our personalization suite with the launch of Content Recommendations. You can now leverage our powerful algorithms to recommend categories, and serve relevant articles, blogs, and videos alongside your product offerings to create a more cohesive customer journey.
  • Introduced a new WHO target to match on the presence of a custom variable regardless of the value
  • Improved the left navigation: moved Feedback floating button into the navigation; grouped help items together; added tooltips for feedback and assistant when navigation is collapsed.
  • Login page: if already logged in, provide button to continue to product.
