Note: The MONET Assistant is currently in beta and may not be available to all accounts. Features and functionality are still evolving as we continue to improve the experience.
If you don’t see the Assistant option in your left-hand navigation, please reach out to Monetate Support to request access or for inquiries.
Once enabled, you can open the Assistant directly within the Monetate platform:
- Select Assistant from the left-hand navigation.
- The MONET panel will appear on the right side of your screen, ready for questions
